Key Responsibility Areas:

• Controls the movement of assets within and in and out of the depot
• Manages building and depot maintenance and cleaning.
• Manages security of site.
• Manages fire and safety systems within the site.
• Monitoring and managing stores operation.
• Manages sub-ordinate staff.
• Controls small plant vehicle activities within the depot.
• Maintains administrative control of the depot.
• Controls the provision of vacuum tanker services.
• Assist with clerical/stores functions.
• Undertakes related assignments.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at a supervisory level.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent in the Administrative field.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
