Commercial Roofing Laborer / Apprentice
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for Production Laborers / Apprentices ready to learn the commercial roofing trade and grow into skilled Roofers, Foreman, and beyond.
What You Will Do
- Work alongside experience crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work
- Learn commercial roofing systems and safe work practices from the ground up
- Show up on time, ready to work, with proper tools and PPE
- Follow all job-site safety requirements
What You Bring
- Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew
- Ability to work 8- to 12- hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire
Nice to Have
Prior commercial roofing or construction experience
OSHA-10 hour certification
Specialized training (crance, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)
Valid driver's license
Bilingual fluency
