Our teams work collaboratively to build reliable, scalable software that helps our customers operate safely, efficiently, and intelligently.

As we continue advancing our DevOps-driven organization, we are looking for a motivated Tech Lead for our DevOps & Automation Team, responsible for driving automation, overseeing build and deployment pipelines, and enabling engineering squads with best‑in‑class tooling.

Your tasks

  • Lead a small, highly skilled DevOps/Automation team.Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and optimization of build, deployment, and automation pipelines
  • Ensure reliability and performance of GitHub Enterprise workflows and pipelines.
  • Drive the adoption, scalability, and optimization of GitHub Actions.
  • Shape and maintain our automated test infrastructure in collaboration with development squads.
  • Work with Azure Cloud environments and ensure smooth operation of our Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Act as an internal service partner and consultant to development squads, enabling them through tooling, best practices, and CI/CD mindset.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture around automation, quality, and operational excellence.

Your profile

Hard Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions (pipeline design, optimization, automation).
  • Strong background in Azure Cloud services and Kubernetes environments.
  • Good understanding of modern CI/CD concepts, automation strategies, and cloud-native operations.
  • Experience creating and managing build pipelines and automated testing workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerization, IaC, and operational tooling is a plus.
