Assistant Process Integration Engineer

Summary:

As an Assistant Process Integration Engineer in our Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, as well as optimizing existing ones. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our products and ultimately contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Cadence, Coventor)

Skills:

  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manufacturing process issues.
  • Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing and operational goals.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to engineers, operators, and management.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Use Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Leverage process simulation software such as Cadence and Coventor to model, analyze, and improve manufacturing operations.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations to minimize production disruptions.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, cost, safety, and productivity objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the success and reliability of manufacturing operations.
