HR Intern
Location & Schedule: Brillion, WI | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling to accommodate educational obligations
Looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? We’re looking for an organized, motivated HR Intern to join our team in Brillion, WI.
Recruiting and talent acquisition will be a significant part of this role, but you’ll also support a variety of administrative processes across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in multiple areas of HR while making a meaningful contribution to the team.
This position will initially work onsite in Brillion during training. After training, some hybrid flexibility may be available based on business needs; however, weekly onsite work in Brillion will be required.
What You’ll Do
- Post positions, review applications, and assist with candidate sourcing
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate information and support pre-employment activities
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR system information
- Provide administrative support for benefits, training, employee engagement, and other HR programs
- Assist with employee changes and offboarding processes
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, communications, and other HR materials
- Support HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needs arise
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to reliably work onsite in Brillion, WI on a weekly basis
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to jump in and help
