About this role

We are looking for a Founding Product Marketer with 2+ years of experience to be Endgame's first marketing hire and own the company's voice in the market. You'll work directly with our CEO to translate a deeply technical AI product into compelling narratives for both technical and operational buyers. This is a true 0-to-1 role — you'll shape how the world sees Endgame as we scale from 17 customers into a category-defining company. We need someone AI-native, with high conviction, strong writing chops, and the gumption to hold their own alongside a product-minded CEO.

What will you be doing?

Define and own Endgame's messaging and positioning for non-technical buyers, translating complex AI/data infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling language

Build and run a strategic content engine — blogs, customer stories, exec POV pieces, LinkedIn, and product updates — as a team of one amplified by AI tools

Own the website and homepage messaging, workshopping changes directly with the CEO

Run competitive intelligence and keep the sales team armed with battle cards and current positioning

Turn customer wins into reusable case studies and build customer marketing as a flywheel
