Porter / Housekeeper
Primetone LLC – Miami, Florida
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on position and experience

Primetone LLC is looking for reliable and hardworking Porters and Housekeepers to join our team and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming multifamily residential communities.
Porter Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and amenities
- Remove trash and maintain trash areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust
- Clean entrances and assigned exterior areas
- Restock supplies and maintain janitorial areas
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow property cleaning schedules and procedures
Housekeeper Duties
- Clean and sanitize common areas, amenities, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces
- Clean glass, mirrors, doors, and high-touch areas
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Maintain organized cleaning areas
- Follow property cleaning standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Cleaning, janitorial, porter, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Able to perform physical cleaning duties
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible availability based on property needs
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required
