We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who enjoys working with patients in a collaborative healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability, consistent referrals, and the chance to work alongside physical therapists, personal trainers, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality massage therapy while following the MPOWER model of care
Evaluate and treat clients while maintaining accurate documentation
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Collaborate with physical therapists, personal trainers, and other providers to support patient care
Communicate client progress with referral sources as appropriate

Complete administrative tasks, including

Processing payments and checking out clients
Responding to company emails daily
Maintaining accurate client records
Following up with clients to encourage continued care

Assist with training and recruitment when needed
Submit accurate tip reporting
Provide at least one month's notice for planned time off and coordinate client coverage

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Current certification through an accredited program of Massage Therapy
Massage Therapist license must be in the state of Tennessee
Two years of professional massage therapy experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to manage multiple clients and fully invest in their wellness
Working knowledge of basic human anatomy and general orthopaedic conditions
Must have experience in therapeutic and relaxation massage
Experience working with orthopedic physicians and physical therapists
Must be motivated and a quick learner
Available during weekdays, Saturdays and after hours
Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
Good communication skills and the ability to perform client education duties
Neat, professional appearance
