About this role
We are looking for a Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to join EliseAI's talent acquisition team and own full-cycle recruiting across strategy and operations roles during a period of hypergrowth. You'll be a hands-on partner to hiring managers, building pipeline and closing top talent for a unicorn-stage AI company that just raised $250M.
What will you be doing?
Owning full-cycle recruiting for strategy, operations, and business-facing roles across the company
Heavily sourcing and building candidate pipeline using creative outreach strategies
Partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and close candidates
Managing high-volume requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Contributing to recruiting playbooks, process improvements, and candidate experience initiatives
Key Requirements
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth startup (not agency-only backgrounds)
Experience hiring for operations, strategy, or B2B SaaS roles (not exclusively G&A or engineering)
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting with multiple open reqs
Must be based in New York City and willing to work on-site 4-5 days per week
Stable tenure history — no pattern of short stints without clear explanation
