Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate, New Verticals

New York · Hybrid$100k – $210k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Manager with 1–4+ years of experience to own and scale new product verticals at one of AI's fastest-growing companies. You'll operate like a mini-GM — equal parts strategist, operator, and customer champion — in a high-ownership, zero-to-one environment where results are expected fast.

What will you be doing?

Own a product vertical end-to-end — from customer acquisition and sales demos to implementation and process-building

Get in front of customers directly: selling, supporting, and implementing to drive early traction

Build and scale internal processes so cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, GTM, CS) can take over as the product matures

Lead go-to-market strategy including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch execution

Collaborate cross-functionally with high EQ — aligning stakeholders without stepping on toes, and pulling everyone in the same direction

Key Requirements

Startup or founder experience — you've worn many hats and thrive in chaotic, fast-moving environments

Strong cross-functional working skills with the EQ to influence without authority

Proven ownership mentality — you claim problems as your own and drive solutions regardless of fault

B2B SaaS or enterprise-level experience (consumer background is a weaker fit)

Willingness to work on-site in NYC 4–5 days/week and travel as needed
