How does this role support Elfie's mission?

Without rigorous and complete entry of diabetic patient data, the ELFIE program cannot function. This agent is an essential link in the digitalization of the care pathway.

What You’ll Do

  • Main mission Manually enter and integrate all diabetic patient files into the CADA software daily — new files and existing files — with rigor, completeness, and within the set deadlines. Volume & Pace • Enter approximately 100 files per day (new files + existing files)

  • Maintain this volume daily without backlogs

  • Adhere to the entry cadence over 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday Data Quality

  • Manually enter the information of each patient file (administrative, medical, history data) directly into the CADA software

  • Verify the completeness of each file before validation — no missing data tolerated

  • Detect and immediately report any anomalies, inconsistencies, or illegible information to the manager

  • Never leave a file pending without reporting information Coordination & Reporting

  • Respect the entry procedures defined by CADA and the protocols of the ELFIE program

  • Report daily on the volume processed and any blockers to the project manager

  • Ensure absolute confidentiality of patient data (medical secrecy)

What You’ll Need

  • Solid skills in IT and data management

  • Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and health data management

  • Typing speed and accuracy — ability to enter a large volume without loss of quality

  • Absolute rigor: each file must be complete, accurate, and consistent

  • Organizational skills and daily priority management

  • Strong ability to work over long periods and accustomed to working under pressure

  • Training in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Health Informatics, or an equivalent field

  • Knowledge of databases and health data management tools

  • Proficiency in hospital management software or a medical information system: a major asset Experience Experience in data entry or administrative management of medical records appreciated

  • Experience in a medical or hospital setting: an asset

  • Knowledge of patient files and basic medical terminology: a plus
