About this role

Shape The Future of Global Health, from Ivory Coast

Elfie is the first fully free and gamified mobile application that rewards users for tracking their health. Our vision is to become the largest global platform of self-reported medical records, covering all therapeutic areas in a single application — free, gamified, and with maximum impact. We are present in 20 countries (Brazil, Turkey, Southeast Asia, Egypt, Singapore, Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Senegal, etc.)

How does this role support Elfie's mission?

Without rigorous and complete entry of diabetic patient data, the ELFIE program cannot function. This agent is an essential link in the digitalization of the care pathway.

What You’ll Do

Volume & Pace

  • Daily Target: Process approximately 100 patient files per day (combining new and existing records).

  • Backlog Management: Maintain daily volume consistently to prevent any backlogs.

  • Schedule: Adhere to the required data entry cadence across a 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday).

Data Quality

  • Accurate Input: Manually enter comprehensive patient information (administrative, medical, and historical data) directly into the CADA software.

  • Thorough Verification: Review each file for completeness prior to validation; ensure a zero-tolerance policy for missing data.

  • Error Detection: Immediately identify and report any anomalies, inconsistencies, or illegible information to the manager.

  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on all files; never leave a record pending without escalating the blockers.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to CADA data entry procedures and ELFIE program protocols.

  • Reporting: Provide daily reports to the Project Manager regarding processed volumes and any operational blockers.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain absolute confidentiality of all patient data in strict accordance with medical secrecy laws and regulations.

What You’ll Need

Hard Skills

  • Education: Training or a degree in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.

  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), and health data management tools.

  • Database Familiarity: Strong understanding of databases and healthcare data management.

  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry or the administrative management of medical records.

  • Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of patient files and medical terminology is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Speed & Accuracy: Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to handle high-volume data entry without compromising quality.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Absolute rigor in ensuring every file is complete, accurate, and consistent.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily priorities effectively.

  • Resilience: High stamina and the ability to maintain focus and productivity over long shifts in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
