This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
🔥 OPEN SHIFTS
☀️ SHIFT 4 – CPS
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
Perfect for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule!
🌙 SHIFT 5 – EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Weekend 1:
- Saturday
- Sunday
Weekend 2:
- Saturday
- Sunday
📅 Every other weekend schedule — ideal for candidates looking for a part-time weekend opportunity.
💼 DSP RESPONSIBILITIES
As a DSP, you will:
- ❤️ Provide compassionate direct support
- 🏠 Assist with daily living activities and routines
- 🛡️ Promote safety and well-being
- 🌟 Encourage independence and community involvement
- 🤝 Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- 🍽️ Assist with meals and household routines as needed
- 📝 Complete required documentation
- Communicate important updates with the care team
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- 🚗 Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
