Primary Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17/hr - weekly pay via direct deposit
Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is hiring caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Shift 3
Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152

- Every Other Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Every Other Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Shift 4 (Weekend Rotation)
Weekday Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126
Weekday Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126
- Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152
- Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote independence and community participation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
- Complete daily documentation accurately and timely.
- Transport individuals to appointments and community outings as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
- Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus.
