We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential setting in Willow Grove, PA.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for PRN hours or a consistent every-other-weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

Looking for occasional or flexible hours? PRN opportunities are available based on staffing needs and scheduling.
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a DSP, you will:
- ❤️ Provide compassionate support and companionship
- 🏠 Assist with daily living activities and routines
- 🛡️ Promote safety and well-being
- 🌟 Encourage independence and community participation
- 🍽️ Assist with meals and household activities as needed
- 📝 Complete required documentation
- 🤝 Work collaboratively with the care team
- Support individuals in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 🚗 Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
