We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced DSPs to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Available Openings
Community Participation Support (CPS)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: Sperry St., Philadelphia, PA 19152
Overnight DSP
- Schedule: Overnight Shift
- Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Location: 73rd Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19126
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support community integration and participation
- Implement individualized support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals served
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed
Requirements
- Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required
- Experience working in a residential setting is strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
