We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential living home in Willow Grove, PA. Multiple shifts are available, including overnight, evening, part-time, and weekend schedules.

Available Shift Schedules:

Overnight Staff 1

  • Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Overnight Staff 2

  • Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
1st Shift Staff (Part-Time)

(Client attends day program Tuesday–Thursday)

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift Staff

  • Monday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Shifts

Weekend 1

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekend 2

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and companionship
  • Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Complete documentation and communicate effectively with staff
  • Transport clients to activities or appointments as needed
Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
  • DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient
