About this role

Job Summary: Hot checks and service calls. Must be able to troubleshoot accurately and efficiently.

 Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring homeowner calls are met in a timely manner
  • Complete all work at homeowners’ home in a neat and workmanlike manner.
  • Responsible for correcting any issues for homeowners that are listed on their work ticket.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timeliness of calls in regard to homeowner’s schedule.  
  • Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc.
  • Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.
  • Service Technicians will be required to be on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs.

 Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric.
  • Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity.

 Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift up to ­­­­­60 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
  • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.  
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces
  • Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
  • Must have clean driving record.
