About this role
What you'll do:
- Complete a comprehensive 4-month training program covering options theory, quantitative modeling, systematic trading strategies, and on-desk trading
- Design, research, and optimize systematic options trading strategies using quantitative analysis and statistical methods
- Analyze market microstructure and execution quality to identify opportunities and improve strategy performance
- Manage real-time risk across a diversified portfolio of options positions
- Work hands-on with our proprietary trading systems, models, and infrastructure
- Gradually transition into live trading responsibilities with senior mentorship and ongoing support
Qualifications and skills:
- In your final year of study toward a BA, BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Physics, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to take on significant responsibility quickly while maintaining a high degree of operational excellence
- Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is a plus
- Experience using AI agents to automate tasks and workflows is a plus

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
The base salary for this role is 140,000 USD per year
