Who We Are
Eden is tackling America's metabolic health crisis — 80 million Americans affected, $600 billion in annual medical costs — with safe, science-backed treatment and a goal-centric culture built on risk-taking, self-empowerment, and transparency.
About the Role
You'll own Eden's pharmacy partner network end to end: sourcing and negotiating new relationships, driving down COGS, building redundant coverage for every drug in every state we operate in, and keeping fulfillment SLAs intact as we scale. This is hands-on — you'll negotiate directly with pharmacies, build the systems that give us real-time cost and fulfillment visibility, and be the primary liaison between Eden's internal teams and our external pharmacy and EMR partners.
Why this role exists: We have single points of failure on several drugs and states, limited visibility into daily cost movement, and invoice review that still runs on manual spot-checks. We need an owner who can build redundancy, negotiate better economics, and stand up the systems to run this with confidence.
What You'll Own
Partner Sourcing & Negotiation
Source, evaluate, and onboard 503A/503B pharmacy partners; lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and contract terms
Build a backup-partner pipeline so Eden is never single-sourced on any drug or state
Own the day-to-day partner relationship, including quarterly business reviews
COGS & Network Redundancy
Own end-to-end COGS reporting — pricing validation, SKU mapping, margin analysis — and negotiate lower unit costs and volume tiers
Maintain a live drug × state × partner coverage matrix and close single points of failure
Coordinate with Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory on licensing, BUD requirements, and state compliance
Fulfillment, Systems & Automation
Define fulfillment SLAs (fill rate, on-time ship, turnaround) and drive root-cause resolution on misses
Stand up daily cost tracking by pharmacy/SKU/state, and an invoice review process that catches errors before payment
Document SOPs and failure-mode playbooks so issues don't require executive escalation
Data & Tech Partnership
Partner with Data and Tech to build dashboards for SLAs, COGS, and invoice reconciliation, and to improve order routing and EMR integrations
Success Metrics
Redundancy: greatwer than or eqial to 2 qualified partners per active drug × state
Fill Rate & On-Time Fulfillment: greater than or equal to 98%
COGS: measurable YoY reduction on top SKUs
Invoice Accuracy: greater than or equal to 99% approved without manual correction
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required
3–5 years in supply chain, pharmacy operations, procurement, or similar
Track record sourcing vendors and negotiating pricing, SLAs, and contracts
Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports and using data to drive negotiations
Experience owning external partner relationships operationally
Bias for action: builds repeatable process and automation over manual workarounds
Preferred
Direct 503A/503B partner management, including BUD tracking
BI tool fluency (Omni, Looker, Tableau) and SQL
Background in telehealth, digital health, or DTC healthcare
First 90 Days
Map current drug × state coverage, flag single points of failure, and take ownership of day-to-day partner communication
Deliver a complete COGS report with all SKUs mapped and a prioritized negotiation target list
Stand up daily cost tracking and a first-pass SLA dashboard with Data and Tech; close at least one redundancy gap
Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000–$90,000, plus equity, comprehensive health benefits, and a flexible hybrid schedule. Eden benchmarks compensation to role, level, and geography, and final offers factor in experience, interview signal, and location.
