Who We Are

Eden is tackling America's metabolic health crisis — 80 million Americans affected, $600 billion in annual medical costs — with safe, science-backed treatment and a goal-centric culture built on risk-taking, self-empowerment, and transparency.

About the Role

You'll be the operational anchor for all things clinical content — keeping monographs, Certificates of Analysis, dosing protocols, and prescribing guidelines accurate, centralized, and audit-ready. You'll own documentation workflows, version control, and cross-functional updates with internal teams and pharmacy partners. No pharmacist license required, but you'll need to be highly organized, clinically literate, and comfortable driving complex projects — like a new-product launch — independently in a regulated environment.

Why this role matters: Our doctors and pharmacists depend on clear, current documentation to deliver safe care. You're the operational owner of that clarity, ensuring every downstream patient touchpoint is grounded in accurate clinical data.

What You'll Own

Clinical Documentation & Systems

Own the centralized repository for monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, and physician SOPs, with version control and change logs
Serve as the primary point of contact between medical partners, pharmacy partners, and internal telehealth ops
Partner with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance to standardize new protocols and clinical updates

Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Management

Bridge Medical Ops, Pharmacy Ops, and external partners to keep clinical alignment current across Google Drive, Notion, or Airtable
Own recurring workflows — protocol updates, document rollouts — end to end, with minimal supervision
Support new-product launches from a documentation standpoint and close execution gaps before they create risk

Compliance & Audit Support

Prepare documentation for internal QA and external regulatory audits
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory whenever updates are required

Success Metrics

Documentation Currency: 100% of active clinical documents on current version with logged history
Audit Readiness: full documentation package assembled within 48 hours of any request
Turnaround: protocol updates completed within SLA, no missed stakeholder follow-ups
Qualifications

What You Bring

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, Health Sciences)
3–7 years in healthcare operations, clinical documentation, or pharmacy support
Familiarity with clinical terminology, medication protocols, and health system workflows
Self-starter, comfortable owning projects independently in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar

Preferred

Telehealth or pharmacy-ops experience; exposure to GLP-1s, metabolic health, or compounding
EMR implementation experience; background in 503A/503B compounding
Familiarity with FDA, NABP, or medical-legal review processes

First 90 Days

Audit the current documentation landscape for version-control gaps and build relationships with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance
Own the centralized repository end to end and run one full audit-readiness pass with no critical gaps
Stand up a repeatable workflow for protocol updates and support at least one product launch
