We are currently seeking an Administrative/Clerical Associate to join our Ed Morse team.
Responsibilities
- Answering multi-line phone
- Data entry
- Assisting with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
- Organizing Files
- Handle tax file runs to bank, post office etc.
- Additional tasks given by management
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
- Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
- Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
- Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
