We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Cook to join our food service team. This position is responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining excellent standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Set up and stock cooking stations before service
Prepare meats, vegetables, sides, and other menu items
Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety standards
Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized
Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
Assist with food preparation and production as needed
Complete opening and closing duties
Work with other kitchen team members to provide fast, quality service
Follow all company, food safety, and workplace safety procedures

Previous cooking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
Dependable and punctual
Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move food and kitchen supplies
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive and professional attitude
