Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, scope initiatives, and support roadmap execution.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Facilitate discussions with executives, SMEs, and end users to identify business needs and drive solution design.
  • Serve as a key member of Agile delivery teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies, product releases, and UAT.
  • Support production issue resolution and partner with application support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members on product ownership, Agile practices, and software delivery methodologies.
  • Lead analytical studies, process improvements, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Backoffice experience is highly preferred. Exposure to working with Finance/ Accounting.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, and product backlogs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other

office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of

that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.

Compensation

$97,864.00-142,293.00 per year

This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
