Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for assembling products, completing production documentation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

  • Assemble components and products according to written and verbal instructions.
  • Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
  • Support packaging, labeling, inspection, and assembly operations.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all cGMP, SOP, safety, and company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Participate in required training and on-the-job learning activities.

Team Support:

  • Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
  • Ability to safely operate basic production equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing and production environment.
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
  • Exposure to moderate production noise.
  • PPE required while working on the production floor.
