About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification

  • Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding

  • Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards

  • Maintain welding equipment and shop tools

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

  • Collaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols

  • Experience with MIG welding required; TIG experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment

  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • Day shift (overtime available based on workload)
