Operations Recruiter

About this role

The Role

Dyna Robotics is building the next generation of humanoid robots, and our progress depends on the people who power our operations and generate the data that teaches our robots to move through the world. We're looking for a High-Volume Recruiter to build and scale the operations and data-collection workforce behind our mission. This is a role for someone who loves velocity: filling large numbers of roles quickly without letting quality, candidate experience, or organization slip.

What You'll Do

  • Run High-Volume Pipelines: Own full-cycle recruiting across many open roles at once, including data collection operators, teleoperators, technicians, and operations staff, moving candidates from application to signed offer at speed.

  • Source at Scale: Build and maintain a steady, high-throughput pipeline using a mix of channels (job boards, referrals, agencies, events, and creative outreach) to keep roles filled ahead of demand.

  • Keep the Machine Moving: Coordinate large batches of screens, interviews, and onboarding logistics, ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks even when volume is high.

  • Partner with Operations Leaders: Work closely with our operations and data-collection leads to forecast headcount, understand role requirements, and adjust hiring plans as priorities shift.

  • Own the Metrics: Track and improve the numbers that matter, such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source quality, and pipeline health, and use that data to make the process faster and smarter.

  • Champion the Candidate: Deliver a fast, transparent, and human experience at every stage, so that even high-volume hiring feels personal and reflects well on Dyna.

  • Refine the Craft: Continuously streamline the hiring process (templates, workflows, ATS hygiene, and automation) to make high-volume recruiting more efficient and inclusive.

Who You Are

  • A Volume Operator: You have 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including high-volume or operations/hourly hiring. You know how to juggle dozens of reqs without losing your footing.

  • Data-Driven: You live in your pipeline metrics. You spot bottlenecks early and adjust sourcing and process to keep throughput high.

  • Highly Organized: You're systematic and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep a large, fast-moving pipeline clean and on track.

  • A Clear Communicator: You keep candidates informed and hiring managers aligned, and you give honest, constructive feedback under time pressure.

  • Mission-Driven: You're excited about robotics and understand how operations and data collection are the foundation of everything we build.

  • Adaptive: You thrive in the "beautiful chaos" of a startup. You're organized enough to keep things moving and flexible enough to pivot when hiring needs shift overnight.

Bonus Points For

  • You've scaled operations, data-collection, or workforce teams at a fast-growing hardware, AI, or logistics company.

  • You have experience with hourly, contract, or site-based/onsite hiring.

  • You've optimized an ATS or built automation and workflows to handle high applicant volume.

  • You've led initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in hiring.

  • You have a "no task too small" attitude and love being part of a scrappy, high-impact team.
