Regional Support Specialist

Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the continent’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, seeks a Regional Support Specialist to join our Membership department. This position is responsible for handling Ducks Unlimited member data and processing memberships. Applicants must have the skill and ability to review as well as process information efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel valuable
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to function in a team setting
Duties include:
- Excel Membership Processing
- Membership ticket processing
- Membership list processing
- Batch Creation and Processing
- Ticket Scanning and Transmitting
- Oral and Written Correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
