About this role
DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Shift(s) Available:
1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift | Monday–Saturday | 3:15 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime Available
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Maintain production documentation and quality records
- Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code
- Ability to perform machine setups with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferred
- Waterjet experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
