Server / Bartender (PM Shift) at Ella on the Park

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
• Must have previous Bartending experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work during the PM shifts and weekends if required
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
