As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our restaurant’s hospitality standards and ensuring smooth seating and reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize table turnover
• Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions about the restaurant
• Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
