Banquet Server (On-Call)

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist with event preparation, including organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently after events
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
