Job DetailsJob Location: Phoenix Division AZ Construction - Tempe, AZ 85282Job Purpose:

The position of Warranty Operations Manager is critical to ensuring that customer requests are met with the highest level of customer satisfaction, timeliness, and accuracy with effective use of resources; maintaining an approach of continuous improvement and assisting in the support and management of Warranty Managers to ensure the departments requirements are being met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Duties and Responsibilities JOB REQUIREMENTS

Overseeing and Managing the Warranty Office Duties and team members
Maintaining communication with the homeowners, sub-contractors, staff members as required
Problem solving warranty issues presented through the team members, homeowners and ticket system
Performing all Warranty General office duties
Serving as internal department quality control
Responsible for maintaining oversight and execution of warranty procedures
Responsible for generating reports and monitoring status on department metrics
Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience

Prior customer service experience preferred
5-8 plus years’ experience in the residential construction industry and demonstrated Supervisory skills
B.S. degree in (Construction, Business or similar business acumen is preferred) with 2-3 years experience in the home building industry or;
Must have a High School diploma with demonstrated supervisory experience or equivalent years and successful completion of college courses in Residential Homebuilding Construction
