Job DetailsJob Location: San Antonio Division - San Antonio, TX 78216JOB PURPOSE:

To provide management oversight and supervision of production responsibilities of multiple neighborhoods and the construction personnel associated with each.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees 4-10 neighborhood sites for the organization
Establish and maintain construction site budgets; ensure budget compliance
Recruit, train, evaluate, manage and mentor staff at the supervisor level
Develop accurate and timely settlement reporting
Oversees the selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of home construction sites
Ensures government compliance with regards to construction site(s)
Oversees policy and procedures compliance with regard to the home construction process
Conducts weekly production meetings
Develops and administers training programs for Project Managers and Superintendents
Meet with Community Sales Consultants to discuss and coordinate home construction activity

Monitors Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Manage one or more home communities as business needs dictate
Works closely with the Director of Production and Purchasing Manager to maintain vendor base, reduce VPO’s and bring down costs
Other duties as apparent or assigned

Valid drivers license

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3-5 years experience in homebuilding construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
Experience in supervising or assisting new home construction projects
