Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

New York +1 · On-site$180k – $280k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join as a core contributor building a production platform from the ground up at the intersection of process intelligence and agentic AI. You'll be an early engineering hire at a Lightspeed-backed seed-stage company that is already transforming operations for large enterprises. We need someone who has made architectural decisions, lived with the consequences, and iterated — a builder who writes idiomatic Go, ships React frontends, and has hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems. You'll work directly with the founders and have significant technical decision-making authority in a young, clean codebase.

What will you be doing?

Owning the stack end-to-end: building Go backend services, React/TypeScript frontends, and production LLM orchestration

Making foundational architectural decisions that set the patterns for the entire platform

Building production agentic AI systems that capture and operationalize enterprise process knowledge

Collaborating directly with founders and jumping on calls with customers to iterate based on direct feedback

Shipping rapidly using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a core part of the workflow

Company at a glance

Drawbridge builds a platform combining process intelligence and agentic AI to automate enterprise operations by reverse-engineering workflows into executable specifications for AI systems.
