At TDP Bakery, we believe fresh bakery products are simply better. Through our BakeFace brand and partner-label products, we bring Honestly Fresh baked goods to thousands of locations each day. 
 
We are currently hiring full-time Overnight Route Drivers to deliver fresh-baked doughnuts from our North Charleston Distribution Center to local customers. We provide the training, equipment, and delivery truck.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily earnings of $170.45-$285.53, depending on route 
• Annual earnings of approximately $44,300-$74,200

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip inspections and load products 
• Safely operate company vehicles 
• Use handheld technology for routing and documentation 
• Deliver and merchandise products 
• Remove expired products and document inventory 
• Maintain professional customer relationships 
• Unload returns and clean equipment

Training

• Three days of hands-on training with experienced Route Drivers 
• Safety, equipment, and process training 
• Ongoing coaching and support

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Available to work between 4:00 PM and 4:00 AM 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years 
• Ability to provide a three-year MVR prior to interview

• Successfully pass a drug screen, including marijuana testing 
• Ability to safely operate a 10-foot box truck 
• Prior route driving, delivery driving, or DSD experience highly preferred 
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
