Location - This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work onsite at least three days per week, primarily from our downtown Chicago office. The role also requires onsite work at our Burr Ridge and Elmhurst locations as business needs require.
About the role:
The Senior Talent Management Specialist plays a key role in bringing Double Good's people strategy to life by executing talent management and employee experience programs that support our culture and purpose to Create Joy. Through thoughtful program execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, this role creates meaningful experiences that help team members learn, grow, and thrive throughout the employee lifecycle.
As a member of the Talent Management team, the Senior Talent Management Specialist executes and continuously improves core talent and employee experience programs, including teammate development programs, culture-building experiences, new hire onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management. This role partners across the People Team to deliver high-quality programs and intentionally integrate Double Good’s Values into every team member experience, creating meaningful moments that support our culture and company’s continued growth.
Scope and Range:
- This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role responsible for executing key employee experience programs that support team member growth, engagement, and organizational culture. The Senior Talent Management Specialist partners across the People team to deliver impactful, scalable experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of employee experience programs by managing project plans, vendor partnerships, logistics, and other operational elements that deliver a seamless team member experience.
- Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, including survey setup, system administration, action planning, and program logistics.
- Ownership of Double Good’s onboarding program, including content development and delivery, to create an engaging, scalable experience that equips new team members for success and brings Living Double Good to life from day one.
- Deliver engaging learning and development programs that equip teammates with the knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Manage the UKG Learning Management System (LMS), including learning path creation, compliance training administration, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Coordinate the execution of Double Good’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, through system administration, reporting, and program logistics.
- Support the execution of additional People Team initiatives, including company-wide events such as the annual recognition celebration, as well as managing swag for service anniversaries, employee appreciation, and other company events.
Experience & Skills we value:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Experience, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Talent Management programs such as performance management processes and employee engagement surveys.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering engaging learning experiences to diverse audiences.
- Experience designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding programs that create engaging and impactful new hire experiences.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with that ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to have and/or you’ll learn:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with UKG Learning Management System.
- DiSC certification or experience facilitating DiSC workshops.
- Experience coordinating and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Base Pay range for this position:
- $73,000 - $104,000 annually
- Target Annual Bonus: 10% of base salary
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
Work Authorization Requirement:
This position requires current authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship, including support for F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM OPT extensions, or other temporary work authorization programs.
