Job Summary:
The Shipping Associate is part of the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team and is responsible to package and ship all outgoing materials to meet the DMD standards and customer expectations safely and securely. This includes the picking, preparation, packaging, and shipment of various IT assets. As the final step in our process, a final QA is completed for every item to ensure the DMD standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and ship IT assets
• Create bill of ladings for LTL shipments for both international and domestic
• Ensure consistent count, quality, and outcome for every shipment
• Recommendations and actions to improve the department and outcomes
• Offsite projects as appropriate
• Other duties as necessary and assigned

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Shipping experience preferred
• Must have great communication skills, be detailed-oriented, and consistency

Physical Requirements:
• May include standing for long periods of time, squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting between 10-50 lbs. (or more) regularly.

Employment Details:
