Regional Account Manager

About the role

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and providing on-site & remote customer service to the company’s clients. RAMs are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services within client accounts. RAMs also provide ongoing Client Support/training throughout the ongoing client relationship lifecycle. Travel is required, mostly in-state, at approximately 75%.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients

• Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation

• Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution

• Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes

• Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets

• Develop trust relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Excellent Time-Management Skills in an autonomous environment

• Dynamic Social Skillset

• Proven Track Record of Account Management in SaaS/Software

• Highly-Organized, Self-Starting, Team Player

• DMV or Automotive Industry Experience (preferred)

• Ability to navigate and utilize SalesForce.com (preferred)
