Job Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties for commercial facilities.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
• Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, restrooms, and other facility areas.
• Pressure wash designated outdoor areas as needed.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Complete daily checklists, reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify maintenance concerns and safety hazards and report them to management.
• Follow all company safety policies, cleaning procedures, and workplace guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must live in or near Washington Township, MI.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality results.
