Ready to Lead at a Bigger Level?
Dentalook is looking for an experienced dental leader to oversee two established practices in Edmonton and Red Deer.
This is not an entry-level management role. We’re looking for a proven Dental Practice Manager or Multi-Site/Regional Dental Manager who knows how to lead people, improve performance, and drive exceptional patient experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach Practice Managers and dental teams
- Drive practice performance, KPIs, and financial results
- Improve patient experience, retention, and case acceptance
- Oversee scheduling, workflows, staffing, and daily operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
What We’re Looking For
You must have:
- 2+ years of dental management experience
- Experience managing a busy dental practice
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of dental operations, KPIs, scheduling, and financial performance
- A hands-on, accountable, and results-driven leadership style
Multi-site or regional dental experience is an asset.
