About this role
Your Tasks:
- Sie verantworten das Controlling der Fachbereiche Vertrieb, Chemie, IT und Engineering und stehen für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen als kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in zur Verfügung.
- Kunden- und produktspezifische Analysen führen Sie hierfür eigenständig durch.
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Reports und Ad-Hoc- Auswertungen.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Ermittlung und Abrechnung der Vertriebsprovision.
- Sie wirken im strategischen Controlling und bei Planungsprozessen mit.
Your Skills:
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. mit, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling.
- Idealerweise haben Sie erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling in einem Industrieunternehmen.
- Sie besitzen eine hohe IT-Affinität: Sie sind also routiniert im Umgang mit Excel und Access und haben gute Kenntnisse in einem gängigen ERP/BI System.
- Neben analytischem Denken und einem guten Zahlenverständnis bringen Sie darüber hinaus auch eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch mit.
