Delaware Valley Excavation is looking for Excavation Laborer's and Equipment Operators responsible for supporting excavation and site development operations through skilled equipment operation, manual labor, and teamwork. This position plays a key role in completing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, rollers, and other construction equipment as assigned.
- Perform manual labor in support of excavation, grading, utility installation, site preparation, and earthwork activities.
- Assist with trenching, backfilling, grading, pipe installation, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Follow grade stakes, layout markings, and directions from the Foreman or Superintendent.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Work safely around underground utilities and follow all excavation safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Assist with traffic control, erosion control, and project setup as needed.
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet daily production goals and project deadlines.
- Communicate any safety concerns, equipment issues, or jobsite challenges to supervision.
- Be willing to perform both equipment operation and general labor tasks based on project needs.
- Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
