We are looking for a intern to join the UK Consulting team based in London.
Ideally it would be for a 6 months period starting in July and and you will receive a monthly allowance as well as a pension contribution.

As part of Deepki's UK Consulting Team, you will help our clients to:

• Understand their sustainability issues (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, sector benchmarking)

• Monitor their performance using the Deepki platform (e.g. carbon trajectories, non-financial reporting, asset scoring)

• Collect the necessary data (e.g. energy consumption, energy performance certificates)

Main tasks:

• Coordinate the collection of sustainability data on buildings in the client portfolio (e.g. coordinate meetings with property managers, set up automatic energy consumption data collection, etc.)

• Support clients in their reporting processes (e.g. GRESB, SFDR, etc.)

• Monitor the sustainability performance of the real estate portfolio (e.g. energy, carbon, biodiversity, sustainability scoring, etc.).

• Leverage a range of AI tools to find efficiencies and unlock future potential for our team and our clients

In addition, you will contribute to developing Deepki's global expertise on sustainability issues applicable to the sector.
