You’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking for the right gear for their next snowy adventure, hike, or journey. This isn’t just retail, this is passion in action!
- 🤝 Delight customers with expert advice, especially around hiking and winter gear.
- 🧭 Manage your sport department – from stock to merchandising.
- ❄️ Share your love for outdoor adventures and help others get kitted out for theirs.
- You love winter sports ❄️ (skiing, snowboarding, etc.), hiking🥾, or travel✈️ – and want to share that energy with others.
- Friendly, responsible, and ready to work as part of a fast-paced retail team.
- Able to commit to a part-time schedule and be hands-on in store operations.
💰 A remuneration That Grows With You:
- Starting from $12/hour for part-timers
- Monthly bonuses, up to a whopping 10% of your base salary.
