Duties & Responsibilities
- Negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of our clients.
- Own your pipeline - manage a queue of client accounts, hitting monthly production goals that keep the department (and your paycheck) strong
- Develop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.
- Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the clients' interests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Debt Settlement Experience not required - We will train!
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Incentives
- Hourly Pay - $20/hour, paid Biweekly
- Monthly Bonus – tiered structure based on monthly production
Average negotiators are earning $65,000 - $75,000
Top Performers are earning $90,000 +

Work Environment
This is an in-office, high-energy call floor in Richardson, TX - not remote. Expect a fast-paced, metrics-driven floor with daily call volume targets, live coaching, and a culture that rewards direct results over tenure.
