As part of the highly skilled manufacturing team, you will build the future of reusable, high performance and reliable actuators. Your precise and detail orientated working style will support your work in the assembly from small assemblies to the fully tested product. Building up new production capabilities and maintaining existing capacity is part of your wide spectrum of responsibilities.

Please note that professional qualification and/or vocational training education is not required, as long as you have a hands-on mentality with an ability to work with small parts. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you may be best suited for our other roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical actuators following technical drawings and work instructions

  • Conduct functional and end-of-line testing using dedicated test equipment

  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics teams

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line to our aerospace standards

  • Support process improvement initiatives within the production line

This is what you bring to the table

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment

  • Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment

  • Basic computer skills for recording production data and following work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy

  • English communication skills

  • Eligibility to work in Germany

Nice-to-Haves

  • Education: Professional qualification and/or vocational training in relevant field

  • Experience assembling mechanical components or actuators

  • Experience with wire or cable assembly

  • Experience performing inspections and functional testing

  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other precision manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems

  • Technical vocational training, apprenticeship, or similar hands-on technical background
