Founding Deployment Strategist

Dataleap is hiring a Founding Deployment Strategist to lead our European rollout from Munich and partner directly with the CEO to turn large enterprises into AI-native operators. This role combines hands-on agent development, high-touch customer partnership, and team-building to drive measurable AI adoption across complex organizations.

What youll do

• Lead the rollout of Dataleap across Europe from Munich and work directly with the CEO.
• Diagnose high-leverage AI opportunities and prioritize the highest-value use cases for each customer.
• Build initial agents and workflows to prove value, then scale adoption organization-wide.
• Run agent hackathons and coach C-suite stakeholders on rollout strategy and AI transformation.
• Navigate complex internal politics to find champions, remove blockers, and build relationships at all levels.
• Represent customer needs to product and engineering and advocate for necessary features or changes.
• Hire, mentor, and shape the European team as Dataleap scales.
• Systematically eliminate manual work by automating your own role with Dataleap agents.
• Own outcomes end-to-end and proactively tackle tasks beyond the job description.

What Dataleap is looking for

• Deep hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption in large, complex organizations and manage renewals/expansion.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across executive and operational levels in enterprise customers.
• High ownership, high agency, low ego, with a bias for action and rapid prioritization.
• Commercially sharp with experience influencing revenue outcomes (renewals, expansion).
• Native-level German and based in Munich or ready to relocate.
