About this role
- Lead and develop Information Technology and Communication Services sector teams as senior subject matter expert
- Drive strategic performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams
- Represent Operations in strategic forums and executive meetings
- Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for sector teams
- Implement scalable processes, automation, and strategic projects
- Mentor Team Leads and contribute to organizational development
- Create, manage PMS and Operational dashboards (Excel, Power BI and PPT)
Requirements
• Executive leadership ability with experience managing multiple teams
•Deep sector expertise and advanced financial modelling capabilities
•Strategic and critical thinking with data-driven decision-making approach
•High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style
•Experience in process improvement, automation, and strategic project management
•Advanced proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
•Expert-level knowledge of project management tools, analytics platforms, and Gen AI applications
•Proven ability to drive organizational change and innovation
