About this role
- Assist with managing and organizing emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
- Organize paperwork, documents, receipts, and other important records.
- Follow up on bills, payments, accounts, and business matters.
- Make restaurant, travel, hotel, and other reservations as needed.
- Run personal and business-related errands.
- Pick up and drop off dry cleaning, packages, documents, and other items.
- Handle store and online returns or exchanges.
- Coordinate appointments with repair technicians, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure projects and repairs are completed.
- Assist with purchasing supplies and other household or business needs.
- Help keep personal and business schedules organized and on track.
- Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with additional personal, household, and business-related tasks as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, professional, discreet, and responsive.
- Flexible and willing to handle a variety of responsibilities as needs change.
